The Best Community Project Award

We can’t believe we actually won!

The Community Pride Awards presented in partnership with Beneden and York City Council is the culmination of a six-month search to find the very best examples of excellence in the York & Surrounding community.

Sarah and I felt so proud to be collecting this award on behalf of all our volunteers, thank you to everyone who nominated us (with 17 nominations, we managed to smash the record for the number of nominations received for a single award!)

We want to thank everyone that has been involved with York Scrubs. The way everyone has come together during this time of need shows us that an awesome group of people we have in York!

We loved hearing all the inspirations stories of all the other amazing groups and individuals thats helped people across the city throughout this pandemic. We hope everyone who was able to join us at home enjoyed it too!
