Logistics
In these unprecedented times, there is a need to follow guidance on social distancing, and in order to support our community the best and most efficient way possible, we have formed a logistics network.
Delivery Times
Our team of volunteer drivers collect and deliver between 9am and 4pm.
Bundle Deliveries
We aim to contact everyone getting a bundle the evening before. If you are no longer available receive a bundle because of other commitments, that’s no problem, just drop us an email and we can re-allocate it. If you need thread, please inform us so we can ensure these are supplied with the bundle delivery.
Bundle Collections
If you are likely to have a completed bundle please let us know before 10am that day or the evening before with an approximate time it will be ready. It will just allow us to plan our routes a little bit more efficiently.
If we get it wrong
The logistics can get quite complicated so please accept our apologies if you don’t always get what you are expecting, just drop us an email and we will do our best to sort out any problems.
